Export `isHeaderEnabledByType` function?

I'm just curious if there is any appetite for exporting the [`isHeaderEnabledByType`](https://github.com/ProseMirror/prosemirror-tables/blob/77e3cb272ce1f46ef7d3e66acc45f592209af250/src/commands.ts#L654) function? Seems like it could be a helpful utility.
