Issue Description

Starlight River Food abuse still exists

• Expected behavior: It's supposed that i should be able to use one food buff made on prep station at the time
• Actual behavior: By pressing right mouse click on "Full" debuff i can disable it as if it was a buff and ignore cooldown and apply additional food buff without limits, and these buffs are multiplicative (At least with max HP buff).
• Context: It's very simple, it happened when i tried to check if this abuse was fixed from older versions, and now it's just changed how it works. Previously the "Full" debuff was indeed as debuff, but Nurse was able to remove it, allowing food abuse.
• Error message: none

Reproduction

• First, apply any food buff and after that remove "Full" debuff by right clicking. After that, you can repeat abuse many times.
