paw had three versions. An early release low level edition.
A kunark (2000) era edition
a lvl 60 ldon high level edition

paw on peq is currently the "level 60" version. This zone did not get a revamped terrain, so all we have to do is adjust the NPCs spawning.

p2002 and other projects are available to itemize the classic edition mobs.

Similar to what akka did with nektulos, create a "Paw Classic" entry in zones table.
Introduce the classic NPCs into this new zone variant, without touching old NPCs (grid, spawn2, npc_types, etc)
Introduce loot tables for the classic NPCs
min_expansion/max_expansion between the two zones
