Github Omnibox 2.0

I had an idea for a simplistic rewrite that would make this extension a lot more useful.

When you trigger the Omnibox, a list of users, orgs, and repos will show up in suggestions in realtime, sorted by starred, write-access, read-access, watching, raw search (if there are spots open).

I will be dropping all other features.

Many features are now integrated into GitHub or are available through the Refined Github Extension.

I keep getting emails that my extension has deprecated authentication so I decided I should give this repo a little TLC if I can one of these days.
