Suggest issues while creating new ones

On GetSatisfaction, if you type in an issue or request, it gives you suggestions for possible issues that already exist with similar topics. It would help if this behavior happened on Github.

I think it would be cool on the new-issue form if a list of possible related issues was presented based on the subject.
