Hey,
I am trying to install the prerequisites for windows, but I am getting an error:

I don't have administrative rights on my computer.

If a saw it correctly the .exe-file isn't signed.
This could be the problem that by policy I am not allowed to install unsigned applications on my computer.

How can I install the graphviz to use the powershell command?
