Add a style guide for creating art assets.

This is an awesome style guide reference. Would be great to have a similar one for our game, so new artist have a style to match.

@jkmdev Github pages would work just fine. I was thinking of a wiki page/.md file, but we're easy.
Pages would be a little nicer I think.
