Default `send` commands for messages to allow to function as a generic webhook

I was playing around with Pydantic logfire recently, and wanted it to send me alerts to Symphony. However, Symphony does not seem to have an easy webhook. Since I'm already running a bot, it would be great if i could have a generic rest endpoint for webhooks, so that I could use 1 webhook for all my chat backends!
