use Awakened PoE Trade instead & uninstall AHK. You don't need a scripting tool for this game anymore.

Posting here just in case it's same issue as another report.

What worked for me (had 0 hotkeys working except alt+I, the custom search).

For next visitors, there's a PR with a viable fix it seems (nobody is merging it for some reason):

I just took the file from the authors branch directly:
https://github.com/devimauz/POE-TradeMacro/blob/patch-1/resources/ahk/POE-ItemInfo.ahk

and replace the local file:
d:\Games\POE-ExtraTools\POE-TradeMacro\resources\ahk\Merge_ItemInfo.ahk

(or wherever your trade macro is)
