Custom Skin link in readme gives 404 #28

in readme.md there is a link for how to setup/create a custom skin, but it's linking to a 404 page of github.

You can find information about implementing and customising the pbPlayer right here.
https://github.com/Pluxbox/pbPlayer/blob/master/docs/api.md.

I removed the link for how to setup/create a custom skin because the template.js is not compatible with the newst version of pbPlayer anymore.
