PO logo on OBO Foundry ontology page not found #726

https://obofoundry.org/ontology/po.html points to https://planteome.org/sites/default/files/garland_logo.PNG for the ontology logo, but that is not found. I tried searching for garland_logo in this repo, hoping that I could find its new path, but it's not found.

I am not sure where that came from, but it can be removed.
