Cloud map extractor: "Failed to retrieve device"

Hi ,
I have installed the mi home integration, Xiaomi Cloud map Extractor and lovelace card - step by step as described. I have two Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner V1.
I can command them from the lovelace card, but I fail to get the map. The card displays in a blue area: "Failed to retrieve device".
Where can I look for the failure?

Have you provided a correct tokens & IP addresses? Please compare them to ones provided by tokens extractor

Is there anything in logs?

Thank you very much for the quick answer. Now everything works.
With the token extrator, I received a different token than the one that I had previously read out from the Vacuum Cleaner. My old one delivered all the data except for the map - which is why I didn't realise that this was the crux of the matter.
Btw: Can I also store a floor plan for the old Xiaomi vacuum robot V1 and synchronise it with the robot map?

It doesn't work this way. Map extractor retrieves map from cloud and is not able to modify it, so you won't get anything more than you already have in Xiaomi Home
