Attempt to change "h264 fill SPS timings" to NO crashes the camera

I have to cycle camera power to restore functionality
After reboot, setting is still YES

Ruby 9.7
Goke 7205v300 IMX335 (IVG-G6S)

That setting is only for Pi cameras. You don't have to change it for OpenIPC cameras.

I guess it should be grayed out or deleted from interface on OpenIPC platform then.
