Looking for collaboration on DSP algorithm implementation instead of theory

My goal is to promote free, open source useful toolkit about signal processing in educational sense, the code is implemented in C, like most other real time DSP devices.
We are not exactly on the same approach. I don't talk too much theory after university, I admit that theory is important, but the implementation of DSP algorithm is important too.

It's possible to boost more content in your book and talk about some examples.
