Dead web UI link on registry web page #1665

https://docs.pelicanplatform.org/operating-a-federation/registry#launch-the-registry has the following paragraph:

Now you want to initialize the admin account for your registry web UI. You may refer to Login to Admin Website for details.

Which points to a dead link. We should consider running a linkchecker for internal references like this
