Minor jank when drag-and-dropping a tab to a different group #175

Steps to reproduce:

Open 2 groups.
Drag tab 1 of group 1 to tab 1 of group 2.
Make sure that you just barely touch the top of the tab, and then stop moving the mouse.
Move the mouse up, toward group 1.

The expected behavior is that when moving the mouse up, tab 1 of group 2 should slide down, but it does not.
