Currently, when the messages cannot be forwarded from SNS topics to SQS queues there are no traces of any errors.

We could expose an option to enable CloudWatch watching e.g.:

var transport = endpointConfiguration.UseTransport<AmazonSQS>();
transport.EnableTopicDeliveryLoggingToCloudWatch()
