Consider using alternate names for a single tag merging a decentralized nation and the equivalent post-colonial name (e.g. Sokoto - Nigeria)

This will require a list of appropriate post-colonial names and exact rules when they are used and when they are not.
Also, this may be more relevant to HoI4 converter than Vic3, but I'll leave this open if anyone has an idea what to do about this.
