16x16 icons don't have other colors available

Although I used papirus-folders to change the color of my folders to a more suitable color, considering my nordic background, 16x16 folders aren't colored.

Here we can see that my folders are set to nordic:

But the 16x16 folders (that I usually use) aren't set to nordic and the final look on my nordic background is bad:

• Distribution (version): Fedora 41
• Desktop environment: GNOME
• Installing method: PPA
• App name (version): Nautilus

try enabling Papirus-Dark (for dark themes), they should become white then.
