Idea: documentation and autocomplete function arguments

how about providing auto-completion of the arguments used in the function? for example, based on the documentation of the function like in the IMP format that you referred to earlier?

also, it would be interesting to see the description of the function also directly in Minecraft.

I can't parse the IMP Doc format yet, because firstly the one I linked yesterday is the outdated one and the updated version is still being written, and secondly in order to have a parser for the new IMP Doc, I would also need to have a parser for mcdoc, which is going to be a bunch more work and the internal code layout isn't there yet, but I'm planning to improve it after the next release.
That being said, I don't think the mod would have to use the IMP format for what you're describing, since I can just check which macro names appear in the function, so auto-completion in VSCode for macro names should be doable. I'll also take a look into displaying the function documentation, meaning just taking the text from the comment at the start of the function regardless of the format being used.
I'm not sure how easy it is to add those auto-completions in chat as well, because the NBT completion CommandCrafter can do is made for VSCode and I'm currently not changing the chat at all, but when I find the time I can look into that as well.
