Display each tag name:value pair in the Policy Violations Details #886

The Policy Violations Details page should display each Mandatory Tag as name:value pair. If a Mandatory Tags is untagged, show name: with a clear visual indicating that the tag is not assigned.

Thanks, @beingtechsavy. Here is the component for the policy violation description; Start there and see if you can find where the current tag list is being set.

Here is a screenshot of the section. Currently, it shows the tags Environment and Application, but it needs to be changed to iterate over the newly added option for user-defined mandatory tags in local.py

I dropped the "good first issue" tag. This still needs to happen, but the request involves more work than initially anticipated. The section currently has the environment and application tags, which are hard-coded. This consists of using the new user-defined variable to control the tags on this page.

They should also just be displayed like the information. The toggle pop-up doesn't add value.
