第一步，调用：
docker pull registry.baidubce.com/device/paddle-cpu:kylinv10-aarch64-gcc73
报错：
Error response from daemon: manifest for registry.baidubce.com/device/paddle-cpu:kylinv10-aarch64-gcc73 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

尝试申威、兆芯的安装均可正常拉取镜像，飞腾/鲲鹏拉取镜像失败
