using the podcast:alternateEnclosure tag to specify a video version of a podcast -

I made a test RSS feed with an HLS video in the alt enclosure:
https://media.prx.org/andrew/test-hls/rss.xml

Looks like Apple is using this hls js lib in their own web player (though it seems to only do audio for now)
