There was recently some confusion on the part of an end user who was not an EDI admin user but anticipated that their LDAP login would allow them to view the admin pages. The login form on the dashboard looks almost identical to login in the data portal, so it's understandable that an end user would think that they are equivalent and thus would grant to access to the admin pages.
The dashboard needs to eliminate this confusion:
Make it clearer that dashboard login is an admin login, not applicable to all LDAP users;
Clearly label all dashboard admin pages as "EDI Admin" or similar wording. The menu entry for the No Public Access report, for example, currently has no labeling as being an admin-only page;
Separate off the privileged admin pages from the public pages. Currently they are grouped together in some places, for example, under the Reports menu there are both privileged reports and public reports mixed together.
