The Data Package Manager should support an API method that returns a list of data packages cited by the same journal citation. This would be the reverse of the following existing API: GET : /citations/eml/{scope}/{identifier}/{revision}.

Ultimately, this method could be incorporated into a UI update on the Data Portal data package landing page where a journal citation can have an associated link to return (perhaps in the search result table) a list of cited EDI data packages.

This would be enormously helpful!! It's the type of 'reporting' that i think we will be valuable to us in site renewal/reviews given the text in this White House memorandum. A report generated through this API would demonstrate our compliance. I can generate what I need now with the 'reverse' api and munging the returned info, but anything that makes this more straightforward would be appreciated. HBR uses the EDI journal citations feature as our primary journal-data tracking.
