DataPackageManager: Add cronjob to remove "evaluate" sub-directories and contents from data package directories

Many data package directories in /pasta/data1 contain evaluate sub-directories. These directories result from evaluation processes run for those data packages and, under normal conditions, are deleted at the end of the evaluation process. Once completed, these directories are no longer useful to the system and should be removed if they remain after the evaluation process.

A cronjob should be implemented to search and remove such directories and any content remaining in the directories that are older than 24 hours.
