Add feature to create and edit list of authors in the Journal Citations page

Currently, authors can only be filled in from Crossref. This feature will add the ability to create, update and delete individual authors, and to edit the separate items of information available for each author.

Currently, all fields in the journal citation, except for the authors, can be manually added and deleted.

This is a fairly large task with limited ROI.
