Native navigation library

Instead of hosting navigation via the same origin (see the basic navigator example), it would be more convenient to have a native library that provides basic navigation to the app itself.

Required functions:

• Back

Optional functions:

• Forward
• Refresh
• Share

The user can then specify if they want to add the navigation at project creation time with a CLI flag.

"must" is a little harsh: I split the description into "required" and "optional" and added share as a feature
