Help with Installation

I tried to run the installer script on Archlinux with XFCE desktop with the default options. It failed at the end with the message below and I can't determine what exactly went wrong.

After repeatedly scrolling through the log file, it seems the cause was the outdated AUR package fann. I will post solution if I manage to get it working

managed to get it working with the following PKGBUILD file
