Add LargeAngle component

Add a component that calculates a large angle that can be much larger than $\pm \pi$ using as input an angle within $\pm \pi$ and that is differentiable.

• add struct LargeAngle
• implement calc_output(la, input)
• implement on_timer
• implement reset()
• add tests
