Point of order ranking didn't work

Describe the bug
The point of order ranking didn't work. Sorting is alphabetical and not by rank.

How to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open a meeting
2. open settings > list of speakers > point of orders > mark 'Enable specifications and ranking for possible motions' and add for Rank 1 G, Rank 2 B and Rank 3 A.
3. open agenda > create an item > project it
4. open the Autopilot > point of order > check the ranks

Expected behavior
The sorting of the point of orders should be done by rank. In the example above the ranking should be G, B, A.
