Fix List of Speaker and Speaking times view

Current behaviour:
If a person is only allowed to see themselves on the LoS then they cannot see their own structure level and the speaking times-card stays empty

Reproduction:

1. project something onto the autopilot
2. navigate to this LoS
3. change the deligates group so that they cannot see other participants on the LoS
4. connect structure level with countdown
5. put user A (with one structure level) on the LoS
6. as admin you can see the structure level at the participant and in the speaking times card
7. login as User A
8. Navigate to the LoS
9. you cannot see your own structure level and the speaking times cars is empty besides the title

Wanted:
1. You should see your own structure level
2. If you can only see yourself on the LoS the Speaking times card should be hidden
