There will be a flag in the meeting_user-object to lock out user

If this flag is set, the user does not have any permission in the meeting

Restrictions:

chat_group: The user is not in a group
chat message: The user is not in a group
meeting: Can not see it, even if enable_anonymous or in the meeting

ostcar added the waiting label

Elblinator added feature and removed waiting labels

ostcar linked a pull request

that will close this issue
