I just don't have a good sense of how many people and what their architecture is for people who aren't using a git mirror or Composer.. It seems that almost nobody used this migration script and now it is outdated and would need more work to get it working properly such as it needs to include the composer-generated files in the diff. So I think it should be removed and am hoping someone else out there has a tutorial or something that can take its place...

More people are creating issues on the lts repo about this. This script needs to return a 404. For people who already have it downloaded.. I dont know.

Also its still up on the website [1] when I believe it shouldnt as its defunct.
