Camera Remains On After QR Code Scan Causing Battery Drain

Description

After scanning the QR code during setup, the camera remains continuously active, resulting in significant battery drain.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the app
  2. Scan the QR code
  3. Leave the app open for an extended period

Expected Behavior

The camera should turn off after successfully scanning the QR code to conserve battery life.

Actual Behavior

The camera stays on constantly after QR code scan, leading to faster battery depletion.

Environment

  • iOS 17

Impact

Continuous camera usage after QR scan significantly reduces battery life, especially during longer sessions.
