Fix video being extremely slow when OSD is disabled via command line #37

When --osd command line flag is not provided, video rendering becomes extremely slow. Likely because OSD thread is not started and osd_plane or OSD framebuffer is not initialized.

In this PR I just skip sending the OSD to the graphical card when it is not turned on.
