indexer metrics missing

There is something wrong with sending the metrics from the indexer to the statsd Prometheus exporter. Dumping the traffic on the Docker bridge interface reveals that no traffic is sent by the indexer to port 8125 of the collector. Maybe the indexer needs to be running for a longer time so that the statsd packets can get pushed out.
