This issue is about extensions to JSON Schema, rather than extensions to a standard (like the 360Giving or OCDS extensions).

For example, JSON Schema has no keyword for declaring the codelist CSV file associated with a property, so the OCDS meta-schema adds a codelist keyword to JSON Schema.
