Symlink Artifact Committed in Codebase #1820

There is a symlink file that appears to be accidentally committed here:
https://github.com/OpenC3/cosmos/blob/main/openc3-cosmos-init/plugins/packages/openc3-cosmos-ace-diff/openc3-cosmos-ace-diff

Interestingly, this causes builds to fail when building with Google's kaniko due to a bug, but when using Docker it works.
