Proposal: Add an open source section highlighting potentially useful projects

Things OB and OB1 have open sourced outside the main project. Demos (e.g. relay demo), infrastructure (e.g. ticker, fee api, push nodes, etc), utils (e.g. go-onion-transports), etc.

Create a new section and enumerate on the developers section.
