Runner can change openbazaar-go configured listening interfaces #3
Description
When starting openbazaar-go, it uses the config found in the data path to determine which interfaces and port to bind to when starting. The runner should be able to change these values on the files to support any IPv4 or IPv6 address and port combination.
We should be able to change the value of Addresses.Gateway and Addresses.Swarm[].
