Hi team, I am keen to contribute to the project and help out with issues #4258 and #776. I want to include a new feature that enables users to directly query fund managers holdings over time from the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and present this in a neat way in the terminal. I see this feature as one that would be good to have as some users might want to pull up tables on which hedge/investment funds are buying what stocks during which quarter. I have three questions regarding this feature:
Would this feature sit under the funds section of openbb?
If so, is there a plan to include the funds section in the SDK?
To make this accurate my initially thoughts are that this is based on CIK (Central Index Key) is that ok? I notice the mstarpy seems to be name based whilst yfinance is symbol based?
