Description

Fade in on-scroll doesn't work for now because of the wrongly placed HTML tags. Some have been closed where they shouldn't be and this has made the bootstrap fade-in effect not working.

Expected behaviour

• When a user scrolls down the website after a refresh, sections should fade-in.

Actual behaviour

• Nothing happens on scroll down

How to reproduce

• Clone the website repo and run a dev-server.
• Scroll down through the website.

• OS: Linux (Ubuntu 20.04)
