Precise hex color selection for community colors

Someone had requested that they would like to precisely specify the hexcode of the community color when creating communities. The current color picker allows a wide range but does not show the hexcode.

This makes sense for brands and organizations that might want their communities with a precise color, also for people who are looking to use an exact hexcode for whatever reason.
