Subscription Error

Hello, I am getting error in step 2 of the application. After filling the required fields in the deploy to Azure section, I say create.Then I get the error in the picture

I am waiting for your help to solve the error, this is the first time I have received such an error. In addition, I do not have another subscription to deploy the application.

I resolved this by going to deploy an AI service manually - there is an assumption that you have already 'accepted the terms and conditions for AI', but I only know how to do this manually for the tenant.
Even creation of an AI service, then delete is enough to allow the deployment script to run
