Sector and block buffering

In it's current form, simple-fatfs only buffers one sector at a time. That can cause some rather obvious degradation issues, especially on cheap flash devices. The scope of this discussion is to conclude:

• whether other data than the sectors should be cached (for example, some modern computers load the entire FAT table in memory)
• what cache algorithm to use
• interacting with storage mediums that cache on their own
• whether or not the upcoming BlockTranslator struct should include caching or not
