Hi Vocabulary team,

I found some drug concepts don't have ingredient ancestor in CONCEPT_ANCESTOR table. We may lose some drugs when do analysis work because some drug source codes are mapped to these drug concepts in our institution. In addition, these drug concepts will not display in some ATLAS functions such as: "Data Source - Drug Exposure report" and "Included Concepts" due to missing ingredient ancestor in CONCEPT_ANCESTOR table.

Below is an example for drug concept: 41174044
(There is only one record in CONCEPT_ANCESTOR table. And I found its ingredient relationship in ATHENA is invalid now)

@aostropolets ,we had talk on this bug before.
The drug list missing ingredient ancestor is attached. These drugs are extracted from our database and ordered by frequency of occurrence from most to least.
Drug list.xlsx

Could you please help fix the bug for these drugs? Thanks so much!

Thank you for catching this.
We call them 'orphans' and we are aware of this.
