concept_id = 447963004 is a standard concept_id with domain_id = Observation. Should this be in the 'Route' domain since it describes the route of administration for a drug? If not, should concept_ids IN (4223964,3157642,3382152,40487500) non-standard concept_ids map to a concept_id with domain_id = 'Observation'? At the University of Colorado, we have drugs with an administration route ' intravenous push' and they are now mapping to concept_id = 447963004, which is in the Observation domain.

Concept 447963004, Intravenous push technique describes the particular manipulation technique (push, not piggyback), and it doesn't belong to the hierarchy of Routes. So, this concept should remain in the Observation domain.
We will remap the concept 404816009, Intravenous push to the standard Route 47625008, Intravenous. Nebraska Lexicon is not on the roadmap, its mappings will not be revised.
