ICD9CM 799 and 799.9 "Other ill-defined and unknown causes of morbidity and mortality" has wrong mapping to "Death of unknown cause"

The Death often is considered as an important outcome.

As you can see this category contains various things some of them are far from death, like Nervousness for example,
this way the parent (799) and it's other placeholder concept (799.9) can't be mapped to Death of unknown cause

I don't submit it as a community contribution right away, as I expect some discussion

Ok, so in Optum EHR 91% of patients with this code have some diagnosis event 30 days after that code. So it's definitely not death. I'll remap it in the next community contribution

No, we haven't touched this in the August 2024 Release.
Community contribution will be a preferred approach.

Luckily for us, it is hardly crucial for CDM users.
