If high correlations are discovered but stopOnError = FALSE, record problem in output data somehow

Currently, when fitting the PS model and when high correlation is detected and stopOnError = FALSE, the PS model will simply be empty and no effect estimates will be produced. The only place you can currently see this is in the log. It would be good if this information was stored in results model and shown in the Shiny app.
